Biography:

Shania Twain was born on August 28, 1965 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. She shot to fame in 1995 following the release of the album The Woman in Me. Two years after, she released the album Come On Over, which went on to become the best-selling studio album of all time.

Come On Over has sold over 40 million copies worldwide. Her fourth and last studio album to date, Up!, was released in 2002 and has sold more than 20 million copies internationally.

Throughout the course of her career, she has received five Grammy Awards and 27 BMI Songwriter Awards. On June 2, 2011, she earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
